Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the BTM Basketball Academy session, I confirm that:

1. I give permission for my child to attend BTM Basketball Academy sessions and authorise the organisers to act on my behalf in the event of an emergency.

2. In such circumstances, I grant permission for my child to receive medical treatment as deemed necessary by a qualified doctor or hospital staff.

3. I understand that BTM Basketball coaches and organisers are not liable for any personal loss or injury sustained by participants during sessions, except in cases of proven negligence.

4. I give consent for my child to be photographed or filmed during academy sessions for marketing and promotional purposes. These images will be used solely by BTM Basketball and will not be shared with third parties.

5. I acknowledge that refunds will not be issued unless:

- The sessions are cancelled by the organiser; or

- A valid doctor’s note is provided confirming my child is unable to attend.
